.
All our Project Managers are certified to either IOSH or NEBOSH Standards and have an in depth knowledge of Industry Safety Requirements..
We have a number of commercial professionals including Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers that can assist with estimating, production of CVRs, submitting applications, assessing variations and contract queries and producing final accounts.

PRU can help you understand the different types of legal permissions or consents, often referred to as land rights, and the process required to obtain consents for new Infrastructure. We can advise on where these land rights may be required, the likely timescales involved and manage the whole process to enable the construction phase to begin.
We act on behalf of Independent Connection Providers (ICP), Distribution Network Operators (DNO) and Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNO) and undertake a common sense and collaborative approach to ensure projects can be undertaken on time and within budget.
We also manage the process of obtaining consents from statutory bodies such as Natural England, Environment Agency, LPA and undertake the necessary Environmental and Ecology Studies where required.
